‘Going Going Gone’ is a small 20-page publication exploring commuter newspaper culture in London, in particular Metro.
I created my own iconography to represent readers, using a red dot to materialise abstract conventions. My aim was to examine the tone and place of Metro newspaper within London commuter culture, and echo the pace of distribution. This, for me, was about solidifying passing observations and daily readings into something that can be reflected upon slowly. The publication is 20 pages long in total.
